Q. How can I view my upcoming appointments?

You can access a list of your future appointments by selecting 'Calendar' button in the main menu.

 Q: How can I schedule an appointment?   

  1. Choose 'Schedule an appointment' from the main menu.
  2. Select your appointment type (Health Centre or Respirator Fit Test).
  3. Answer any of the corresponding questions related to your appointment type. 
  4. Use the left and right arrows at the top left of the calendar to browse the weekly schedule.  
  5. Click on an available slot to schedule your appointment. 
  6. Appointment time will appear. Select 'Confirm this Booking'.
  7. An email will be sent to your preferred email address confirming the appointment. A reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  8. If you have issues making an appointment, please call 204-632-2511.

Q. How can I cancel an appointment?

  1. Under the Main Menu, select 'Calendar'. 
  2. A list of your scheduled appointment will appear.
  3. Select 'Cancel' beside the appointment.
  4. If you are cancelling less than 24 hours in advance, please contact 204-632-2511.

Q. I  have scheduled a Health Centre appointment, how do I prepare? 

  1. The Health Centre is located at NDC (2055 Notre Dame) in the lower level at HM08.
  2. Emergencies will take priority over scheduled appointments.
  3. If you are receiving an immunization, please eat prior to the appointment, wear clothing that allows access to upper arm, and expect to wait in the Health Centre for 15 minutes following your immunization.
  4. If you are receiving a TST/Mantoux test, there will be a $25 charge per appointment. This fee is payable at Student Services (D101).

Q. If I am an Instructor or Coordinator, how do I book group Respirator Fit Tests?

   Please call 204-632-2511 to schedule a group booking.

Q: I have scheduled a Respirator Fit Test, how do I prepare?

  1. The Respiratory Fit Test room is located at NDC (2055 Notre Dame), room C120 (near Security).
  2. Please DO NOT eat, drink, smoke or vape 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
  3. It is important to be on time for your appointment. Late appointments will be charged a $40 late fee.
  4. You MUST be clean shaven (less than 24 hours facial hair growth) where the respirator seals to the face. If you are  unsure if you facial hair is acceptable, please call 204-632-2511. Appointments that do not meet the facial hair requirements will be charged a $40 fee.
  5. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can cancel from your scheduled appointments or call 204-632-2511 up to 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged $40.
  6. Fit Test fee is payable at Student Services (D101) following the Respirator Fit Test.  

Q. I am unable to shave for my respirator fit test due to a medical or religious reason, what do I do?

   Please contact 204-632-2511 as you will be unable to book an appointment on-line.
